Hao brings his nearly 10-year market research experience to explore the new synergy between market research & sustainability.
He holds wide project experience across the whole product cycle: including Product innovation (idea/concept test, package test), Brand communication (ad test, campaign evaluation) & Consumer behavior (decision journey, shopper behavior, usage & attitude, segmentation). He is versatile in various research techniques (quantitative, qualitative, big data) and endeavors to provide the best solution based on business needs.
Previously, he worked as client director in Metrixlab, the leading digital market research company. And main clients he served including but not limited to are: Bytedance, L'Oréal, Philips, Beiersdorf, Unilever, Nestle, GSK, ExxonMobil, General Milles, etc.
Hao is a quick learner with full of passion & resilience towards challenges. He holds an MBA degree from Warwick business school,Lean expert certification & Six Sigma Black Belt from AIGPE and a bachelor's degree in psychology from East China Normal University.
